With news on Thursday that the Pittsburgh Steelers were Not renewing the contract From the offensive coordinator Randy Fichtner now turns out to be his replacement. We identified fPossible alternatives Top of the list is Matt Canada, current Pittsburgh coach.
There is also some news that Canada is on the radar From Miami Dolphin to be the next attack coordinator.
This means Canada could make a decision between the Steelers and the Dolphins due to his massive promotion. If we connect the dots and look at them from this perspective, what would make Canada choose Steelers over dolphins?
I assume first and foremost it will be tradition and loyalty. The Steelers brought Canada last season to be the midfield coach in hopes of injecting his creative attacking philosophies into the University of Maryland Steelers’ attack.
But beyond that, I don’t see where the Steelers’ job is more enticing. Unless Canada looks to the challenge of rebuilding for at least two years with more questions than answers in the middle. The Dolphins have made a huge transformation this season and the young midfielder is in place and he’s starting to rebuild.
But I want to pass on the question to you. If Canada had a choice of two jobs, what do you think he would fill? Let us know in the comments.
