According to legal documents, Kylie claims Bergquest was stalking her after the man broke into a nearby home last month, ran away as soon as he was spotted, and later returned to the area with his car.
The complaint details that the man apparently traveled all the way from North Dakota, and told Special Security that he was in the area to “meet her.”
Kylie filed for the restraining order just over three weeks ago. Now that he’s awarded, Bergquist must stay at least 100 yards away from entrepreneur Kylie Skin at all times.
